Not every great gathering needs a commercial venue. Members often need a house — a real one — to hold a week or a weekend of their most important work.

What kinds of events or retreats are allowed?
Mission-aligned work: leadership, creation, governance, healing, art, consciousness. Not commercial wellness packages or public-facing mass events.
How does approval work?
A steward conversation, a charter-alignment review, and a design partnership. Declined inquiries receive an honest reason.
Is this a rental or a covenant-based use model?
Covenant-based. Rentals optimize for convenience. Covenants optimize for coherence.
